Following a significant 10% increase to the national minimum wage (nmw) in 2024, it is set to be increased by a further 6.7% from 1 april 2025 to ยฃ12.21 for those 21 and over to reflect the cost of living. The government has announced the new national minimum wage (nmw) rates that will apply from 1 april 2025.
